Weekly Channeled Meditation and Lesson with Marisa and Our Higher Selves and Guides
Log in as early as 6 PM, the earlier the better For me in regards to setting the space for class because it before class that I clear most of the energies. We haven’t done this in about nine months and I am realizing that it’s made a difference. So that being said log in as early as six, this is obviously optional, the chat will be on until 7 PM and then it will get turned off. At 8:30 the chat will be turned back on after the meditation is over. Some people like to come early so that they can get focused journal do their own grounding especially parents who are getting sitters or escaping from their family like that extra hour to just unwind before class starts. If you cannot be there live class buy a ticket and you’ll be included in the healing as if you were there live then when you are ready to watch the video or listen to the audio of class in the next coming days email [email protected] to let us know they are starting to watch and I will make sure to witness your healing and make sure that you’re grounded and everything is sealed up tight. If you get any add-ons I will also do those live during class but they will take affect when you actually watch and do the meditation.
