At any given time thorugh out the day we can begin to feel heavy or tired or not ourselves. Using this technique you can determine what or who is in your energy and you can use a score card technique that will allow your higher self to rate what is in your energy. At that point you can kick out anything in your energy or allow it to stay. I love this technique and still use it everyday even though I channeled it about 6 years ago.
